On-call shift changes can now trigger webhooks to external systems—perfect for teams to extend automation when shifts rotate.
When shifts start or end, Spike triggers a GET/POST/PUT request to your webhook with shift details. Use this to notify external team members via SMS, mobile app, or any other system.

If you miss a phone call or direct message alert from Spike, you’ll now receive a missed call notification on the Spike mobile app. Additionally, if there are any issues delivering alerts via SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram, the alert will also be sent to your mobile app.
This feature is enabled by default on your account.
You can now customize voice preferences for your phone call alerts, choosing between male and female voices and adjusting the speech speed. This is particularly useful for teams with diverse global responders, as it allows them to select the voice and tempo that best suits their language preferences, listening clarity, or urgency level.
